BOSTON--()--UC Funding LLC is pleased to announce that it has funded a $4 million investment to facilitate a recapitalization of the ownership group, on a 267 unit, Class “A” multifamily asset located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The asset is situated close to Eglin Air Force Base. UC Funding underwrote and funded the transaction in less than 30 days. This is the second loan funded, in one week, by UC Funding, in the Panhandle of Florida.
