FOSTER CITY, Calif.--()--Deem Ground, a division of Rearden Commerce, announced today a Deem Ground Mobile Application that is a companion app for its popular Saturn Reservations System, which allows corporate travelers to make reservations electronically online via their mobile device. This new app will be available in App Stores later this month for corporate clients using Saturn. With this new mobile app, all ground content available to corporate travelers previously booked online through Saturn will now be available for Deem Ground users through their mobile devices. The app will help reduce time-consuming manual phone calls – instead allowing corporate travelers to make reservations on their mobile devices. All corporate settings, including preferred merchants, rates, and reporting, will be contained within the app for users of the app, providing a benefit for both buyers and ground transportation providers.

In addition to being able to reserve a car, the app will include many of the same features from the web portal. It will store payment info, allow customers to easily make reservations (pick-up and drop-off), remember the traveler’s last 10 locations, intelligently search addresses, and allow ride cancellations.
This solution comes at no incremental cost to customers using Deem’s Saturn system. The Deem Ground Mobile application serves as an extension of the current reservation capabilities for corporate travelers. Once employee profiles are set up, employees can download the app and immediately begin booking ground transportation reservations on their mobile devices.
With the availability of this app, corporations can now capture and manage more of their employees’ ground spend – whether the trip is tied to an existing airline or hotel reservation, or needed exclusively for ground transportation. Companies will benefit from robust reporting and cost savings generated by consolidating their spend – an added benefit to any part of a managed T&E program.
