NOVI, Mich.--()--MTU, a Tognum Group brand, will showcase its reliable and efficient diesel-powered yacht engines at the 2013 Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show, Feb. 14-18. The MTU display will be located at Ramp 14, Slip 404 on Indian Creek Waterway at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Fla.
Highlighting the MTU exhibit will be the Blue Vision New Generation automation system for use with MTU Series 2000 or Series 4000 yacht engines. This innovative new monitoring and remote control system is available both in a simple, non-classifiable version (Blue Vision Basic New Generation) and in an expanded, classifiable version (Blue Vision Advanced New Generation).
MTU will also display the 16V 2000 M94 engine, which is designed to meet the high demands of sport-fishing yachts. The MTU Series 2000 M94 yacht engines covers outputs up to 2,600 bhp (1,939 kW), and meet both IMO Tier II and EPA Tier 2 regulations.
The powerful MTU 20V 4000 M93L engine, which is capable of power outputs of up to 5766 bhp (4300 kW), will also be on display at the MTU exhibit.
In addition, MTU’s marine engine experts will be on-hand to answer questions about technology, emissions and MTU’s full line of ValueCare maintenance and service solutions for optimal performance and uptime.
