Softtek Acquires Systech Integrators, an SAP® Channel and Services Partner in the U.S.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Softtek, founder of the nearshore industry and leading global IT services provider dedicated to maximizing the value of applications, announces today that it has acquired Systech Integrators, Inc.®, an SAP channel and services partner global IT solutions provider. This acquisition will further strengthen Softtek’s SAP qualifications by adding capabilities for cloud, mobility solutions, and the SAP HANA® capabilities as well as cross-process and industry domain expertise to its solutions portfolio.

The addition of Systech’s SAP solutions expertise and India delivery center enhances Softtek’s SAP capabilities through its existing network of global delivery centers (GDCs) in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Spain and China.
