ROAM Launches Professional Services Group To Streamline Complex Mobile Commerce Integrations

ROAM’s new professional services group is led by Eric Spear, who joins the company from Opera Solutions where he served as vice president of software development. Eric brings over 20 years of experience managing cross-functional teams responsible for executing complex customer engagements.

Benoit Boudier, senior vice president of international sales, appointed to lead international sales for ROAM. Benoit also heads up Sales and Marketing for Ingenico’s Mobile Payments business unit.
Eric Hoffman, senior vice president of U.S. sales, appointed to lead sales and account management for the U.S. Eric brings 20 years of experience in payments, having previously served in executive positions at Bank of America Merchant Services and First Data.
Bill Pittman, senior vice president of product management, appointed to lead ROAM’s global product group. The Founder of GO Software (sold to VeriFone) and TPI Software (sold to Hypercom), Bill brings more than 25 years of experience in creating highly successful payments products.
Scott Holt, vice president of marketing, appointed to lead ROAM’s worldwide marketing group. Scott brings 20 years of experience in marketing, having most recently served in senior management roles with payment solutions providers, ExaDigm and Tranax Technologies.
