CLEVELAND--()--Thompson Hine partners Thomas J. Coyne and Christine M. Haaker were named to the annual BTI Client Service All-Star Team for 2013. Thompson Hine is one of just 65 U.S. law firms with more than one lawyer recognized. This brings the number of the firm’s lawyers who have been named All-Stars to ten, with four recognized for multiple years.
“Thompson Hine prides itself on exceptional client service, and we emphasize it in all our training, our programs and our orientation to business. We appreciate when our service excellence is recognized.”
BTI surveyed more than 240 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies, probing all aspects of client relationships, including client focus, satisfaction, legal skills, the ability to deliver results and thorough business understanding. Coyne and Haaker were identified as being unsurpassed in their superior client service, responsiveness and accessibility.
“Congratulations to Tom and Christine on this well-deserved recognition, which evidences our firm’s commitment to client service,” said Deborah Z.
