Hanke and Maloney will join other top experts to discuss how the current times have affected different aspects of insurance. During her session, “Is There an App For That? How Technology Has Transformed the Major Insurance Case,” Hanke will address technology’s transformative power, and how the ability to get more data affects the modern day insurance case. Her co-panelists are Joe Bauer (Bauer Advising) and Rick Woollams (Global Commercial Claims Chartis). Maloney will be discussing “Evolution: The Past, Present, and Future of Insurance Coverage Issues.” This topic will address the evolution of select coverage issues, such as litigation strategy, new insurance products, and industry consolidation. His co-panelists will be Charles Browning (Plunkett Cooney) and Marla Kanemitsu (Dickstein Shapiro).
