Los Bunkers to Headline First Latin “Ones to Watch” Series Highlighting Emerging Artists

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Los Bunkers, the acclaimed Chilean alternative rock artists, will headline the inaugural Lo Mas Cool Tour, a Latin “Ones to Watch,” it was announced by Manuel Moran, vice president, Latin Programming, Live Nation.

Delivering the sounds of break-out artists from a wide variety of genres, the “Ones to Watch” program continues to engage music enthusiasts and benefit talent through intimate, one-on-one entertainment events, online social and media efforts. Previous artists in the program include Neon Trees, Chromeo, Matt Nathanson and Panic At The Disco.

Lo Mas Cool artists will also benefit from a full service marketing campaign, including featured placement across all Live Nation, Ticketmaster and House of Blues website and email marketing; social media marketing including a custom tour app; featured placement on the Ones to Watch website and the new LiveNation.TV; national media partnership opportunities; and special in-venue promotions.

From Concepción, Chile, Los Bunkers is an alternative rock band formed in 1999 by brothers Álvaro and Gonzalo López, Mauricio Basualto, and brothers Francisco and Mauricio Durán. Well known in their native country, the band incorporates rock influences like the Beatles and the Kinks with native folk music inspiration.

Los Bunkers has released six studio albums: Los Bunkers (2001), Canción de Lejos (Song From Far) (2002), La Culpa (The Guilt) (2003), Vida de Perros (Dog's Life) (2005), Barrio Estación (Neighborhood Station) (2008) and Música Libre (Free Music) (2010). The group also released a live album En Vivo (2007).
