CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legum & Norman, Mid-West, an Associa company, announces Donald Kekstadt as CEO and president. He will lead corporate operations, grow the company’s market share, and continue the company’s mission of delivering unsurpassed management services to its clients.

Kekstadt is also the Executive Vice President at Vanguard Community Management, another Associa company, and previously served as the Executive Vice President of Lieberman Management Services. He earned his Professional Community Association Manager and Association Management Specialist designations from the Community Associations Institute, and previously sat on the CAI board of directors where he completed the six years of service. He is also a member of the state of Illinois community association management and disciplinary board.

While working at LMS, Kekstadt helped increase the number of community associations served as well as community managers employed by the company. Prior to joining the Chicago association management industry, Kekstadt managed the grounds, buildings, residences and schedules at Arlington Park Race Course, a premier race course in the United States, for more than 17 years.
