PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE:SQNS) today announced that it is offering to sell its American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing ordinary shares, in an underwritten public offering. Needham & Company is acting as the sole bookrunning manager of the offering.

Sequans intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
