PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Research and analytics firm Blueocean Market Intelligence announces today that former Buyology executive Mark Mallardi has joined the company as senior vice president of client development. This executive appointment follows a strong 2012 performance for Blueocean Market Intelligence and the addition of other key sales staff.

His previous leadership roles at Buyology Inc., EmSense Corporation, Scope Seven Inc., Information Resources Inc., PepsiCo, Philip Morris USA and SPAR Inc. make him uniquely qualified to lead Blueocean to unprecedented levels of growth, added Mehta.
