MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Xcel Energy (NYSE: XEL) today declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 27 cents per share. The dividends are payable April 20, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 21, 2013.
