OAK BROOK, Ill.--()--Inland Securities Corporation (“Inland Securities”), the exclusive dealer manager for real estate investment programs offered by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, today announced several management promotions as part of its long-term strategic positioning plan.

Effective immediately, Curtis Shoch is assuming the role of National Sales Director. He will be responsible for leading the Inland Securities’ Sales Team of external wholesalers, internal wholesalers and a business development team. Shoch has been an Inland wholesaler since 2000, and previously has worked at Wells Real Estate Funds and Keogler Investment Advisory Services. Shoch graduated from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia with a B.S. in marketing and a concentration in finance. He is a registered representative, and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Shawn Vaughan is assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Broker Dealer Relations. He will be responsible for leading the Inland Securities’ Relationship Team and for developing and maintaining the selling group for Inland’s investment products. Vaughan has been an Inland wholesaler since 2000, and previously has worked at Wells Real Estate Funds. He holds a CFP designation and Series 7 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Rod Curtis has been named Vice President, Director of Due Diligence. He will be responsible for building and maintaining Inland’s selling agreements with soliciting broker dealer personnel and independent due diligence firms, in addition to overseeing new product development. Curtis joined Inland in 2011, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the investment community. He previously served as a regional vice president for three non-traded real estate investment trusts. He began his career in the financial services industry with DWS Scudder Investments, where he was an internal wholesaler and a sales manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
