Cost Plus World Market® Celebrates the Relocation and Grand Opening of Its New Cherry Creek Store Location

New Store to Open on Thursday, February 28, 2013

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cost Plus World Market® is excited to announce the grand opening of the newly relocated Cherry Creek store is on Thursday, February 28, 2013. Denver residents now have the opportunity to shop the new World Market® store at Skyline Plaza at Cherry Creek, 770 S. Colorado Boulevard in Glendale, Colorado. This new store location is larger, allowing an expansion of its popular wine department, while continuing to carry a wide selection of unique and affordable merchandise from around the world for which the retailer has become known.

To start the celebration, a ribbon cutting with city officials and members of the local chamber of commerce on Thursday, February 28 at 9:00 am officially marks the opening of the store. In addition, the first 200 customers through the doors each day from Thursday, February 28 through Sunday, March 3, 2013 will receive a free reusable World Market tote bag. In addition, the store will offer food and beverage sampling, live music and will hold daily raffle drawings with prizes that include $100 World Market gift cards and gift baskets.

On Saturday, March 2, customers will have a chance to receive a limited number of in-store freebies, including two free tickets to an exclusive movie screening of Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful, shown in IMAX® 3D.
