Background:
The restaurant was given a complete, inside-and-outside
makeover that represents a significant investment in the local
community. Area diners will enjoy Max & Erma’s fun, all-new look. But
don’t worry—guests who love the admittedly kitschy décor that made Max &
Erma’s famous won’t be disappointed. While the restaurant has been
updated, there’s still plenty of fun memorabilia adorning the place.
The Akron restaurant is scheduled to be given a makeover this summer, with the Mentor location to be remodeled this fall.
Also on Feb. 21, Max & Erma’s in Middleburg Heights is holding a FUNdraiser for the Midpark High School Band. Supporters are asked to present their server with a FUNdrasier flyer. Max & Erma’s will donate 20 percent of the supporters’ purchases to the school. In addition, Max & Erma’s is making a donation to the city’s smoke detector program.
Celebrating its 40-year heritage, Columbus-based Max & Erma’s—home to America’s Best Cheeseburger—has embarked on an extensive system-wide program to reignite growth. With innovative new gourmet burgers and other new food and drink items, an all-new look and the launch of Free Cookies Wednesday, Max & Erma’s is an increasingly popular neighborhood gathering spot.
