Magyar Telecom B.V. Extends Deadline for Disclosure of Security Holdings Information Request

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magyar Telecom B.V. (the “Company”) has announced it is extending the deadline for its noteholder identification process to allow holders additional time to respond. As the Company continues its strategic review, it would like to encourage as many noteholders as possible to participate. To this end, the Company asks those who have not yet responded to please do so. Those who have already responded to the request need not take further action.

The Company is requesting all holders of the following notes to disclose their identities and holdings of those securities to DF King Worldwide.

Holders are invited to respond to this request via one of the two options, below:

1. Provide the required information via their custodian bank to the relevant clearing system (Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as applicable) by means of the disclosure event in place by no later than the clearing system deadline; or
