As an integrated component of its NoWander^® Safety and Security Platform for long-term and acute healthcare institutions, the SafeTSense Diaper system will set a new standard in the industry by alerting staff to wetness detected in real time, creating a shift from scheduled diaper changes to notification-driven diaper changes, as well as reducing the potential for patients to develop harmful sores.

PointRF Solutions’ wetness sensing diapers augment the SafeTSense product portfolio, which includes pressure-sensing bed, wheelchair, and floor pads that alert staff to emergencies, such as falls, as well as behavioral patterns, such as sleeplessness, which can be indicators of patient health issues. The new Variable Wetness Sensing Wireless SafeTSense Diaper communicates directly with the NoWander^® Safety and Security Platform and Diaper Wetness Management platform services.
