The North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) is hosting a Tech Awareness Day at the Legislature to highlight the role the technology industry plays in North Carolina’s growing economy. NCTA represents more than 600 companies throughout the state that collectively employ over 100,000 North Carolinians. |

| The day begins with a legislative breakfast with over 150 registered guests, a press conference to promote NCTA’s legislative agenda and an exhibitor showcase highlighting over 25 technology companies from across the state. | |||||

HIGHLIGHTS: |
Most of the first floor of the Legislative Building will be filled with technology company exhibitors, including student robotics teams. | ||||
| Key priorities for the Legislature this year include tax reform and government efficiency, both of which will have significant impact on the tech sector. | |||||
