Stream Acquires United Kingdom-Based LBM Holdings Ltd.

Transaction Expands Service Offerings and Global Footprint

EAGAN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stream Global Services, Inc., today announced that the company has completed its acquisition of all the outstanding share capital of LBM Holdings Limited and related LBM group companies.

LBM is a premier demand and lead generation solutions provider that designs and delivers complete customer lifecycle solutions for U.K. and global business-to-consumer and business-to-business brands. LBM has approximately 2,500 employees across six locations in the United Kingdom, providing solutions for companies in a range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, utilities, automotive and retail.
