Thomas has more than 40 years experience in creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, workout matters and community and commercial bank issues - including the restructuring and documentation of commercial transactions and representation of business clients. He has represented secured and unsecured creditors' interests in major chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the District of Minnesota and additional venues across the country including Missouri, Illinois, Delaware, New York, California and Utah.
