John Siemann, Executive Vice President of AST Phoenix Advisors, is presenting at the 2013 West Coast Boardroom Summit conference. A widely acknowledged thought leader on corporate governance, he will speak about the 2013 proxy landscape and the highly publicized governance issues board members can expect to see in the upcoming proxy season. The presentation is intended to give guidance to public company directors and outline specific goals and objectives on how to make the most of their annual meeting.
As a tenured expert in the industry, Siemann has over 25 years of experience within the proxy and corporate governance sector.
