MINNEAPOLIS--()--Volunteers of America-Minnesota (VOA-MN), a nonprofit health and human services organization, welcomed five new members to its Board of Directors on February 26.
“They bring valuable experience and a deep sense of caring for the people we serve at VOA-MN. We look forward to their insight and guidance as we seek to uplift all lives.”

Rodney Brown is Chief Executive Officer of MagicSTAR, a software and services firm that focuses on the collection, assessment and sharing of data to connect community stakeholders in a cost and time efficient ecosystem. Previously he was Vice President of Family Services at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and has 28 years of experience in the technology field in senior level executive positions.
Currently Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Memorial Blood Centers, John Buske has more than 35 years of broad financial management experience including mergers and acquisitions, strategic and operating planning, international finance and capital raising initiatives.
Lynnette Heath is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Datacard Group where she leads the company’s global human capital strategy. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GE Capital Fleet Services.
As System Director of Strategy Development for HealthEast, Pamela Hull is responsible for designing, organizing, facilitating and deploying organizational strategies. Pam also is a registered nurse and has served at the bedside, in management positions in the hospital setting, home care and hospice.
Tiffany Zitzewitz is Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for North Memorial Health Care. She leads the health care system in strategic planning and marketing and communications, oversees new business opportunities and community health coordination.
