The 35-year-old firm has been involved in a number of real estate projects in Texas and is confident a local presence enhances its ability to serve existing clients and cultivate new ones in both the private and public sectors.

Heading the Dallas office is Brian Dench, PE, who has been involved in the Texas market for over 12 years. Dench has an extensive background on projects throughout the region, including serving most recently as engineer-in-charge for the ongoing development within the 2,500 acre master-planned Castle Hills community in Denton County, and as district engineer for the Denton County Freshwater Supply District 1-A. His more than 20 years of experience includes commercial, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, municipal, residential and multifamily projects.
