Ms. Otto comes to YourEncore after nearly 30 years in consumer-driven analysis, strategy and planning at Procter & Gamble, the world’s largest consumer packaged goods company. Most recently, as Vice President of Consumer & Market Knowledge, she led P&G’s Global Beauty, Grooming, and Personal Care businesses where her customer-centric insights drove the development of superior products, compelling marketing programs, and new lines of business.
Previously, Jennifer led the expansion of Iams Pet Food across mass retail channels, resulting in a doubling of P&G’s pet care business. She guided the development and rollout of Crest WhiteStrips, Crest SpinBrush, Crest Complete, Crest Whitening, and Crest Floss, delivering nearly $1 billion in incremental sales. And she spearheaded successful customer-driven business strategies for food and beverage, household cleaner and laundry products, baby care and other categories worldwide.
