Texas-Based Home Builder Enters New Market with 12 New Home Plans

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dallas-based home builder Gehan Homes announces the company’s entry into the Phoenix market. This marks the first time in the company’s history that they have established home building operations outside of Texas.

Gehan Homes will build new homes in Surprise, Peoria and Gilbert; all located within the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. The company will offer a new line of homes consisting of 12 new floor plans with 36 distinctive elevations designed specifically for the Phoenix new home market. These never-before-seen homes range from 2,000 to over 4,000 square feet. The company will debut its new homes in Surprise, Arizona in early 2013.
