Adam’s Camp and Partners in Pediatrics Challenge the Harlem Ambassadors at Hoops for Hope to Benefit Adam’s Camp

All event proceeds will go to support the children with special needs and their families at Adam’s Camp

WHO:	The Harlem Ambassadors, featuring high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks and hilarious comedy routines, set themselves apart from other “Harlem-style” basketball teams by working with local not-for-profit organizations. www.harlemambassadors.com
	Adam’s Camp, a local non-profit organization that serves children with special needs and their families by providing intensive therapy programs, education, respite and resources as well as recreational programs for youth and young adults. Adam’s Camp has been a Colorado nonprofit since 1986.
WHAT:	Celebrity Basketball Game and Family Fun Sports & Entertainment
	For the first time, Adam’s Camp PIPsters, a team comprised of Denver’s familiar sports and media celebrities, will challenge the Harlem Ambassadors in a game to benefit Adam’s Camp.
	The Adam’s Camp PIPsters will be coached by former Denver Nugget Bill Hanzlik of Altitude Sports and includes celebrity players Jim Benemann of CBS 4, Theresa Marchetta of ABC 7 and others as well as Drs. Jerry Rubin and Nancy Lataitis from Partners in Pediatrics.
	Olympic gold medalist, Missy Franklin, will be on hand to get the fun started. The event will be a fun afternoon for those of all ages.

	6:00-7:00 pm - Autograph session – meet and greet with the Harlem Ambassadors
