Thoma has more than 30 years of Information Technology experience, including project management, implementation, software development, maintenance, and administration of a variety of IT systems. He has worked with Ministry Health since 1989, most recently leading a team of analysts in the development of several reporting solutions used in the implementation of projects such as the Electronic Health Record, Patient-Centered Medical Home and Meaningful Use.
