CPS-Mobile is a streamlined version of Previstar’s Continual Preparedness System (CPS) functionality and is accessible on any Smartphone or mobile device. “More and more people depend on their mobile devices for daily activities,” said Himadri Banerjee, Previstar’s CTO and lead developer of CPS-Mobile. “CPS-Mobile is designed to take advantage of this new platform. Emergency managers can receive resource requests at anytime from first responders. With CPS-Mobile they can use their phones to quickly locate the closest available resources and immediately make a resource request or call the resource owner with a simple touch of a button. They can also manage tasks, events, send messages and capture images and video from the field to forward to the EOC.”
CPS-Mobile comes standard with any Previstar CPS INCIDENT Manager or RESOURCE Manager deployment.
