Koehn holds the James E. Robison chair of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, and is the author of several books, including The Story of American Business: From the Pages of the New York Times. She also consults with many companies and has appeared on numerous television programs, including “Good Morning America” and “Nightly Business Report,” among others.
