Demer IR Appoints New Executive Vice President

LAFAYETTE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Demer IR Counsel, Inc., a premiere West Coast boutique investor relations firm, today announced the promotion of Peter DeNardo to the new position of executive vice president, effective immediately. A 19-year veteran of Demer IR, Mr. DeNardo has provided almost 100 pre-IPO and public company clients a range of IR and communications services, from strategic counsel and program planning to regulatory compliance and tactical execution -- focused on building and managing relationships with the investment community and other stakeholders. In his new position, he will also assume an expanded operating role in the firm.

In recent years, the firm has pioneered the development of novel service and product offerings, with Mr. DeNardo playing a prominent role in their concept development, launch, marketing, program execution, and customer support. Mr. DeNardo’s client experience spans the Internet software and services, enterprise application software, networking, telecommunications, photonics, semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, computer systems, alternative energy, and business services industries. He previously served in the corporate communications department of Nissan Motor Corporation, U.S.A., where he planned and implemented marketing and media relations programs for Nissan’s Infiniti Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications/public relations from California State University, Fullerton.
