Company Plans Uplist to OTC Bulletin Board

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axxess Unlimited (Azia Corp.) (OTC PINK:AXXU), a next generation business intelligence company, announced today that the Company has engaged the public accounting firm DBBMCKennon as the Company’s independent auditor for the specific purpose of completing the necessary audits required to become a fully-reporting company in fiscal year 2013.

Commenting on the audit firm hiring, Michael Roth, Chairman and CEO of Axxess stated, “The engagement of DBBMcKennon represents a significant milestone for us. DBBMcKennon has deep experience working with smaller public companies and is a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board registered firm in good standing. The audit of the Company’s financial statements from inception to 2012 year-end commenced in January 2013, and is a precursor to Axxess’ planned SEC Form 10 filing and subsequently anticipated uplisting to the OTC Bulletin Board exchange.
