HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stellus Capital Investment Corporation (NYSE: SCM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the first quarter 2013 of $0.34 per share payable on March 28, 2013 to common shareholders of record on March 21, 2013. This distribution equates to an annualized dividend yield of 9.0% based upon its $15.00 per share initial public offering price.
