Assurant Solutions Wins Gold Stevie® Award for Innovation in Customer Service

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Specialty risk management company Assurant Solutions received top honors in the seventh annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company's Mobile Services business won a gold medal in the “Innovation in Customer Service” category for its “Mobile Triage” technical support solution.

Winning the highest-level award in this category affirms Assurant Solutions’ ongoing commitment to helping consumers protect the things that matter most through responsive, reliable customer care. The Mobile Triage solution provides consumers with the ability to troubleshoot and repair common problems with their mobile devices, including identifying and uninstalling malware apps. It also features a mobile client that detects pending problems and offers proactive alerts so action can be taken before problems emerge.
