Construction begins on London Bay Homes’ Annalisa estate model in Mediterra

NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--London Bay Homes has started construction of the four-bedroom Annalisa, a new maintenance-free single-family estate model home in the Cortile neighborhood at Mediterra. Offering 5,277 square feet of air conditioned living space, the Annalisa will be the largest model home when it opens in April within Naples’ premier golf and beach community.

Cortile residents enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle, with pool service, landscaping and lawn care covered through the homeowners association.
