GREENBELT, Md.--()--ASRC Federal announced today that Matt Allard has been named president of ASRC Federal Primus. In this role, Allard is responsible for overall leadership of ASRC Federal Primus, including strategic, financial and management oversight.

Allard has more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of operations, maintenance support and logistics, and has spent the last 20 years in senior leadership positions at Lockheed Martin. He most recently worked as division director for Lockheed Martin mission and space operations.
Allard previously served in various positions in the U.S. Air Force. He has a bachelor’s in computer science from California State University Bakersfield.
Allard succeeds Rick Payne, who left the company in November to pursue other interests.
