BALTIMORE--()--Baltimore Technology Park, a leading colocation data center based in Baltimore, today announced that it is in the process of completing an expansion of its downtown Baltimore facility.
“As the most connected data center in the state of Maryland, our customer base continues to grow and we are always looking to expand our facility with them to meet their demands for our services.”
The 3,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing data center increases Baltimore Technology Park’s raised data floor to a total of 11,000 sq. ft. The construction of the expansion space is a 6 month, multimillion dollar project. The additions will allow the colocation facility to offer clients even more scalability, redundancy, and security.
“The expansion of our facility is in response to the continued demand for a safe, secure and reliable location for businesses to house their IT infrastructure,” said Corey Blanton, Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Technology Parks. “As the most connected data center in the state of Maryland, our customer base continues to grow and we are always looking to expand our facility with them to meet their demands for our services.”
