Top Benefits & Employment Lawyers Join Lowenbaum

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Lowenbaum Partnership, LLC, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a “Top Law Firm,” announced today that attorneys Dannae L. Delano and Adam D. Hirtz are joining the firm immediately. Delano and Hirtz join Lowenbaum from Husch Blackwell where they were both partners.

Delano brings 13 years of experience in employee benefits, executive compensation and tax matters. She counsels clients regarding all aspects of employee benefits design, implementation, termination, and compliance for the full spectrum of benefits programs including: retirement plans, health and welfare plans and executive and incentive compensation arrangements.

Earlier this year, Delano was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as a “40 Under 40,” a select group of young professionals respected for positively influencing the business community.

Delano graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law and cum laude from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where she received her B.A. in Political Science.

Hirtz brings 14 years of experience as a business and employment litigator for a wide variety of clients in both state and federal courts throughout the country. A seasoned trial attorney specializing in complex litigation, Hirtz also counsels clients on dispute and liability avoidance techniques.

Graduating cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law, Hirtz is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, American Health Lawyers Association, and the Knights of Columbus. He is also an active member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
