OpDemand Announces Integration with Heroku’s Cloud Application Platform

Software teams can now incorporate Heroku applications into an integrated cloud management solution that spans PaaS and IaaS

Software teams can now integrate Heroku into a larger cloud management strategy that provides centralized configuration management, monitoring and auditing of all changes to Heroku applications. This integration showcases OpDemand’s multi-cloud capabilities, including the unique ability to manage Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service within a single management console.

Once Heroku applications are placed into an OpDemand environment, any changes are automatically detected and logged inside the event feed, providing IT managers with unparalleled visibility into the developer-centric world of Heroku. Developers can continue to use Heroku’s command-line tools, with OpDemand providing web-based access to application changes, status and configuration.
