Rittenhouse Realty Advisors (RRA), founded by Ken Wellar and Corey Lonberger, formerly of Marcus & Millichap and Benjamin Oller, President/Founder, of The Condo Shop, will draw upon the vast experience of its Principals to guide RRA’s evolution from new company to industry leader. In addition to the founding team, RRA has added Mark A. Duszak formerly of CB Richard Ellis and a 10 year veteran of the multi-family real estate market. The RRA team already assembled has amassed $4 billion in commercial and multi-family real estate sales over the last nine years.
