Mobile Application Enables Real-Time Data Center Monitoring in Palm of Hand, Designed for iPhone and Android Devices

FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SynapSense Corporation, a leading provider of energy efficient data center infrastructure management (DCIM) solutions, today introduced a mobile application for the company’s industry-leading Data Center Optimization Platform.

Designed for all iPhone and Android devices, the mobile application enables real-time data center environmental monitoring in the palm of the hand. The application includes the capabilities to monitor thermal risk, view SynapSense LiveImaging™ maps, remotely manage alerts and monitor real-time power utilization effectiveness (PUE).

The application also offers the ability to gain access to key infrastructure management metrics at the rack, room, or campus level, and to manage multiple sites using a convenient map view.
