RitePack, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Elwood, KS Facility from KMG Chemicals

ST. JOSEPH, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RitePack, Inc., a Kansas corporation specializing in consumer product packaging services, announced the acquisition, effective March 1, of the operations of the KMG-Bernuth facility at 502 S. 15^th Street, Elwood, Kansas. This acquisition will enhance RitePack’s blending, filling and packaging operations to better support current and ongoing customer requirements. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Prior to the acquisition of the KMG facility, RitePack, Inc. operated two facilities, one in St. Joseph, MO and the other in Wathena, KS.
