Xavier P. Negiar Named Chairman of Clestra

STRASBOURG, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clestra (www.clestra.com) has named Xavier P. Negiar as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer/President of Clestra Hauserman Group.
