Over 85% of Avotus’ ICM Expense Management Wireless Helpdesk customers and 95% of its ICM Usage Management Helpdesk customers responded that they were satisfied with the services, validating Avotus’ promise to save clients money. Further, 100% of the surveyed customers confirmed that they were satisfied with the Avotus Usage Management implementation and were willing to recommend Avotus and its service to others, validating the firm’s easy to integrate solutions.

In line with its efforts to raise the bar of customer service, Avotus has launched its Elite Program Management (EPM) initiative. The main objective of the initiative is to ensure fulfillment of each contracted service to the delight of Avotus customers.

The Avotus EPM program will escort clients through Avotus’ lifecycle of products and services with the ultimate goal of optimizing client savings.
