KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coming out of the annual South by Southwest Conference (SXSW), Helzberg Diamonds took home two awards for its new smartphone application at the 2013 Appy Awards, an official event of SXSW, in Austin, Texas.
