Dorsey Adds Experienced Corporate, M&A Practice Partner to Its Denver Office

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Whitney Holmes has joined the Corporate practice in the Firm’s Denver office as a Partner. Mr. Holmes concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. He has extensive experience representing clients in corporate finance transactions including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt, bank credit, structured and venture capital financings. Mr. Holmes’ clients span a broad range of industries including energy, health care, pharmaceuticals, high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, software and financial services.
