PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--()--Mid-Atlantic Management Corporation, an Associa company, congratulates two employees on receiving the Professional Community Association Manager designation through the Community Associations Institute. Achieving the industry’s top accreditation allows them to better provide South Eastern Pennsylvania HOA management services to their communities and homeowners.
“Linda and Becky have gone beyond their community management roles to ensure our communities receive the greatest level of service”
To earn the PCAM designation, Linda Green and Becky Vorsteg successfully passed their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) examination, completed seven related courses through CAI and compiled an extensive case study, among numerous other items. To receive the designation, managers must also have at least five years of direct community association management experience.
“Linda and Becky have gone beyond their community management roles to ensure our communities receive the greatest level of service,” said Mid-Atlantic President and CEO Gail Van Dyke. “The rigorous requirement of the PCAM has given them the greatest amount of industry knowledge available, and equips them to confidently provide management services to our boards and communities.”
A veteran of property management since 1984, Green started with apartment rentals. She was an on-site manager for condominium communities from 1994 to 2003, and then became a Regional Portfolio Manager. Green joined Mid-Atlantic in February of 2013, and holds a Pennsylvania real estate license, as well as a Certified Manager of Community Associations designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and an AMS designation from the Community Associations Institute.
Vorsteg has been in the property management field for 16 years. She joined the community association management industry seven years ago when she began at Mid-Atlantic as a Community Portfolio Manager. She was promoted to Regional Director in Feb. 2012, and also has a Certified Manager of Community Associations designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and an AMS designation from the Community Associations Institute.
