Jaline Fenwick and Glen Lindsay Join the Fort Lauderdale Office

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the addition of Jaline S. Fenwick and Glen M. Lindsay to the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Jaline Fenwick has joined the firm as an Associate and represents clients in commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation involving contested mortgage foreclosures, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Fenwick earned her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Honolulu, where she graduated cum laude in 2004.

Glen Lindsay has joined the firm as an Associate and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation matters involving bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, contested mortgage foreclosures and real estate. Lindsay earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008, as well as his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business in 2008. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University, which he received in 2004.
