Lovelace Health Plan Launches Jiva, ZeOmega’s Care Management Software

Lovelace Health Plan implemented a comprehensive set of Jiva capabilities covering not only core care management modules such as Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management, Maternity Management, and Wellness Management, but also Jiva’s provider portal, rules engine, and several integrations such as claims and other third party vendors such as Healthwise, Emmi Solutions, Elsevier/MEDai, and Medi-Span, a division of Wolters Kluwer Health. ZeOmega will host the solution for Lovelace at its SOC 2 compliant data center.
