Experts to Examine Australia’s Economy at Bloomberg Summit

Event to Feature Deputy Prime Minister and Treasurer The Hon. Wayne Swan, MP; Members of Parliament; and Leaders from the Reserve Bank of Australia

SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leaders from national government, global corporations, investment firms and universities will gather on April 10, 2013, for the Bloomberg Australia Economic Summit to discuss Australia’s sustained recession-free growth and key challenges the country will face in 2013. The inaugural Summit serves to explore the country’s position as a standout performer in the global economy.

Speakers will address topics including how government plans to balance its budget, increased investment in mining and resources, the world's second-most costly housing market, and the gender imbalance in corporate leadership. The Summit will be held at the Bloomberg L.P. headquarters in Sydney.
