Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Acquires Mazor Robotics’ Renaissance System

CAESAREA, Israel--()--Mazor Robotics Ltd., the developer of Renaissance™, an innovative surgical guidance system and its complementary products, today announced that Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville in Florida acquired its first Renaissance system. Baptist Health neurosurgeon Andrew Cannestra, MD, will perform the first surgery with the new device.

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is a community hospital and the central hub of Baptist Health, a five-hospital, 1,100-bed health system in Northeast Florida. Baptist Health has been recognized for its use of the latest medical technologies.
